Steve and Joyce (brother and sister) grew-up in the heart of the nation's capital, Washington, D.C. At ages 14 and 12 they discovered rock 'n' roll. . After college, Steve toured with his punk rock band EDSEL, and Joyce toured with her band SCARCE. Fast forward ten years later, both siblings fell-in-love with two other musicians.
